Victor Joseph Kudyba

Victor Joseph Kudyba, age 77, of Perryville Road, Springfield, KY passed away at 12:45 a.m., Tuesday, November 2, 2022 at his home after an illness.

A native of Lexington, Kentucky he was born on September 8, 1945 to the late Paul John and Anna Lee Hamilton Kudyba.

He attended the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Springfield. Victor spent his childhood in the Christy Creek area near Morehead, KY. He was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School in Warren, Ohio, Youngstown State University and Central Michigan University. He was an army veteran of the Vietnam War and resided in Michigan where he was employed by the Ford Motor Company for thirty-five years. Victor dreamed of spending his retirement years back in his home state of Kentucky and in 2005 purchased the former Hatchett home on Perryville Road where he enjoyed his home, land and horses. Throughout his marriage to, Esther they enjoyed traveling together. But his greatest joy was spending time with his daughters and grandchildren of whom he was most proud.

Preceding him in death was a brother, Jeff Randolph.

Survivors include his wife, Esther Martinez Kudyba; three daughters, Carmela Elizabeth Kudyba of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Marisa Rebecca Ciesla (Ross) of Gilford, England and Katherine Alisa Morone (Peter) of Nashville, TN; five grandchildren, Jackson Ryder Ciesla, Elliot Aaron Ciesla, Samuel Damacio Morone, Nora Sage Morone and John Pax Morone; a sister, Monica Velina Hartmann (William) of Seacrest Beach, Florida and two brothers, Daniel Wade Randolph (Robbie) of Crown Point, Indiana and Gordon Randolph (David Tuttle) of Punta Gorda, Florida.

In keeping with his wishes cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 5th at the Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. Kyle Yankey, the church pastor, officiating.

Visitation will be after 11:00 Saturday morning until time of the service.
