Vicky Lynn (Barger) Chesser

Vicky Lynn Barger Chesser, age 65, of Springfield, KY passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023 at her home.

She was born on December 10, 1957 in Danville, Kentucky to David Clay and Nancy Smith Barger.

She was a former employee of Cowden’s Manufacturing, Springfield Laundry & Dry Cleaners and Rite-Aid.

Preceding her in death was her daughter, Melissa Lynn “Misty” Sapp on April 3, 2008; her father, David Clay Barger on September 9, 2012 and a brother, David Barger.

Survivors include her husband, Allen Chesser; her granddaughter, Madison Sapp of Lebanon; her mother and step-father, Nancy and James Grizzell of Burgin and two sisters, Cindy Garrett of Richmond and Susan York (Chuck) of Nicholasville.

In keeping with her wishes cremation was chosen and no services are planned.
