Obituary

Troy Allan Lewis, age 56, formerly of Willisburg, KY passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Clark Memorial Hospital in Clarksville, IN.

He was born on March 10, 1966 to the late Joe Allan and Lena Robinson Lewis.

He was a 1984 graduate of Washington County High School.

Preceding him in death was his sister, Cheri Lynn Lewis on March 13, 1987.

Survivors include a daughter, Michaela Jo Lewis of Lebanon; a granddaughter, Alisa Keeling; a brother, Timmy Lewis of Springfield and several cousins including his caretaker, Gerri Lee Phillips.

Funeral services will be held at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, June 5th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Frank Haydon, officiating.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.

Visitation will be after 4:30 Sunday afternoon.

Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
