Thelma Lewis Lampkin, age 82, of Willisburg, KY passed away at 1:32 p.m., Monday, June 24, 2024 at her home.
She was born in Nelson County, on June 12, 1942 to the late Ruel and Priscilla Milburn Lewis.
She was a member of the Brush Grove Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Preceding her in death was a sister, Nancy Benham and eight brothers, John, Jim Bill, Hollie, Lawrence, George, Paul, Albert and Cleo Lewis.
Survivors include two daughters, Susie Lampkin (Ron) and Tina Owens (Jackie) of Willisburg and three sons, Arvin “Buddy” Lampkin (Laurie), Charles “Chuck” Lampkin (Mary) and Tommy Lampkin (Mandy Hart) all of Bloomfield; twenty-three grandchildren; forty great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 27th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Everett Hood, officiating.
Burial will be in the High View Cemetery at Chaplin.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Wednesday and after 8:00 Thursday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
