Shirley Ann (Derringer) Hays

Shirley Ann Derringer Hays, age 65, of Logan Ridge Road, Gravel Switch, KY passed away at 5:58 p.m., Friday, February 3, 2023 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville.

She was born in Lebanon, KY on September 22, 1957 to the late Stanley M and Josephine “Josie” McCarty Derringer.

She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, a graduate of Marion County High School, a farmer and a retired employee of Cedars of Lebanon Nursing Home.

Preceding her in death was her brother, Herbert Mann Derringer on June 8, 2016.

Survivors include several cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 7th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Clellan Hays, officiating.

Burial will be on Cemetery Hill in Springfield.

Visitation will be from 10 until 1 Tuesday at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
