James Scott Black, age 53, of Lebanon, Hill, Springfield, KY passed away Friday, November 11, 2022 at his home following a brief illness.
He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 17, 1969 to Glenn and Nancy Barnett Black.
He was a 1987 graduate of Washington County High School and a thirty-three years employee of LSC Communications in Danville.
Preceding him in death were infant twin sons, Bailey Thomas and Kemper Addison Black.
He is survived by his wife of twenty-five years, Stacey Lee Milburn Black; a son, Avery Black; his parents, Glenn and Nancy Black; his father and mother-in-law, Roger and Sally Milburn all of Springfield; a brother, Eric Black and his children, Alexis and Isaac Black of Austin, Texas and a brother and sister-in-law, Adam and Jenny Milburn and their children, Maddie and Chase Milburn of Edwardsville, Illinois.
In keeping with his wishes cremation was chosen. Family and friends are invited to a graveside service to be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 18th on Cemetery Hill with Bro. Larry Wilson, officiating.
There will be no visitation.
