Sandra Kay (Thompson) Dodd

Sandra Kay Thompson Dodd, age 58, of Bardstown, KY passed away Friday, May 12, 2023 at her home.

She was born in Lebanon, Kentucky on March 4, 1965 to the late Wilmo and Julia Marie Chesser Thompson.

She was a member of the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church and an employee of Marshall’s Department Store.

Preceded in death was a brother, Donald Wayne Thompson on September 12, 2022.

Survivors include a sister, Barbara Miles of Bardstown and four brothers, Billy Thompson (Lois) of Lebanon, Garry Thompson of Springfield, Gerald Thompson (Mildred) of Shelbyville and Joe Thompson (Diane) of Cox’s Creek.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 16th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. J.W. Hatfield, officiating.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.

Visitation will be after 10:00 Tuesday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
