Robert Stephen Proctor

Robert Stephen Proctor, age 67, of Springfield, KY passed away at 5:20 a.m., Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.

He was born on March 31, 1956 in Lebanon, KY to the late Robert Eugene and Rebecca Jewell Haydon Proctor.

He was a 1974 graduate of Washington County High School.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Libby” Watson Proctor; a step-son, Charles Webb of Georgia; a sister, Janet Bernardi (John) of Willisburg, nieces and nephews and three close friends, Fred Boone, Brian Madden and Darren Chesser.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 9th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Tina Standiford, officiating.

Cremation will follow the funeral services.

Visitation will be from 5 until 8 Friday and after 10:00 Saturday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
