Robert Gordon Burke

Robert Gordon Burke, age 73, of Lexington, KY passed way at 2:29 a.m., Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the Springfield Nursing & Rehab Center.

A native of Pike County, he was born on March 26, 1950 to the late Robert Carson and Alice Juanita Parris Burke.

He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a former auto mechanic.

Preceding him in death was a sister, Evelyn Pence.

Survivors include a daughter, Tina Wright (Kenny) of Wellington; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and a sister, Terri J. Walters (Glenn) of Wellington.

In keeping with his wishes cremation was chosen and there will be no formal services.

Carey & Son Funeral Home in Springfield was in charge of arrangements.
