Ricky Devine Obituary

Ricky Alan Devine, age 64, of Whitehall Road, Mackville, KY passed away at 8:39 a.m., Monday, February 21, 2022 at his home after an illness.

He was born on August 24, 1957 in Lebanon, KY to the late Vernon and Eunice Mattingly Devine.

Preceding him in death was a brother, James H. “Jim” Devine on August 15, 1998 and a sister, Elizabeth Ann Phillips on June 30, 2015.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Sparrow Devine; a daughter, Eunice Graham (Robert) of Mackville; two sons, David Douglas and Ricky Douglas both of Boston; three step daughters, Peggy Sparrow of Lebanon, Carol Ann Byrd and Sharon Byrd both of Bardstown; three step-sons, William Robert Byrd of Willisburg, Shawn Miller (Brenda) of Texas and Douglas Votaw of Lebanon; seven grandchildren; one niece and three nephews.

In keeping with his wishes cremation was chosen and there are no services scheduled at this time.

Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
