Phyllis "Mag" Diane Bottoms

Phyllis Diane “Mag” Bottoms, age 70, of Springfield, KY passed away at 12:09 a.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at the Springfield Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was born in Harrodsburg, KY on November 11, 1955 to the late John and Marian Harmon Bottoms.

She was raised in Mackville, was a 1973 graduate of Washington County High School and a longtime employee of the Springfield Laundry.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Lou Sagracy.         

Survivors include her husband, David Gervacio of Mexico; a daughter, Nicole “Nikki” Bottoms of Springfield; two grandchildren, Shae Bottoms and Anterias Edelen; four great grandchildren, Zaedyn, Kali, Khari and Kacen Bottoms and three brothers, Bennie Bottom (Janice) of Burgin, Dale Bottoms and Stevie Bottoms both of Mackville.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 7th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.

Cremation will follow the funeral service and her cremains will be inurned in the Peter Cemetery at Mackville.

Visitation will be after 10:00 Saturday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
