Miguel Richard Scott Ceballos, age 4, of Springfield, KY passed away Thursday, June 5, 2025 at his home.

He was born on December 3, 2020 in Lexington, Kentucky to Juan and Allison Burns Ceballos.

Survivors include, his mother, Allison Ceballos of Springfield; his father, Juan Ceballos of Jeffersonville, IN; a sister, Mariana Ceballos; a brother, Mateo Ceballos both at home; his maternal grandparents, Charlyn and Gerald Hutchins of Springfield; his paternal grandparents, Maria Alarcon of Jeffersonville, IN and Jose Ceballos of Mexico; his aunts and uncles, Manuel Ceballos, Cheyenne Hutchins (Rebecca), Dakota Hutchins (Mary Kate Bonzo), Kelly Hutchins (Tristan), Madison Billock (Landon) and John Hutchins.

A private funeral service was held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, June 5th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Aaron Sherrell, officiating.

Cremation followed the funeral service.

Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
