Michael Lorne Chesser, age 53, of Willisburg, KY passed away at 2:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2025 at the Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown.
He was born in Lebanon, KY on February 5, 1972 to Hobert Earl and Phyllis Terrell Chesser.
He attended Anchor of Hope Church at Willisburg and was an employee of Inoac of Springfield.
Survivors include his fiancee’, April McCauley; sons, Zack Chesser (Angela Wentworth) of Willisburg and Lee Spivey (Brittany) of Lebanon; daughters, Samantha Smith (Matthew) of Springfield and Amber McCauley (Emily) of Bardstown; his father, Hobert Earl Chesser (Shirley Thompson) of Bardstown; his mother, Phyllis Terrell Chesser of Willisburg; five grandchildren, James, Jackson, Katie, Addy, Sophea and expecting his sixth grandchild soon and brothers, Timmy Chesser of Willisburg and Troy Shelburne of Bardstown.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 6th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Buck Cheatham, officiating.
Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willilsburg.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Zack Chesser, Angela Wentworth, Jackie Owens, Samantha Smith and Lee Spivey.
Serving as casket bearers will be Darren Chesser, Jamie Hardin, Jonathan Trent, Noland Stone, Troy Shelburne and Charlie Hagan.
Visitation will be after 10:00 Tuesday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
