Marshall J. Hardin

Marshall J. Hardin, age 84, of Willisburg, passed away at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, June 23, 2019 at his home.

A native of Washington County, he was born on March 11, 1935 to the late Carl and Rena Hardin.

He was a member of the Willisburg Baptist Church and a retired employee of Phillip Morris Tobacco Company.

Survivors include his wife, Virgie Burkhead Hardin; his son, Keith Hardin and his wife, Dawn of Lexington and his grandson, Bryan Hardin of New York.

Funeral services were be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 26th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. J.W. Hatfield, pastor of the Willisburg Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.

Serving as pallbearers were Larry Scott, Gary Scott, Darroll Scott, Roger Milburn, Brad Milburn and Paul Sims.

Visitation was from 5 until 7 Tuesday at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
