Marie (Long) Curtsinger

Mildred Marie Long Curtsinger, age 98, of Willisburg, KY passed away at 12:20 p.m., Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the Signature Healthcare at Colonial in Bardstown.

A native of Washington County, she was born on December 22, 1925 to the late Ulysses and Della Ray Farris Long.

She was a homemaker and attended the Brush Grove Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Climetle “Make” Curtsinger on August 11, 2006 and a son, Dennis Wayne Curtsinger on April 5, 2023.

Survivors include a son, Bobby Curtsinger (Bernice) ; a daughter-in-law, Judy Curtsinger; three grandchildren, Linda Stone (Alton), Troy Curtsinger and Crystal Curtsinger; two great grandchildren, Jordan Scott (Katlynn) and Candra Scott; two great great grandchildren, Laydon Jewell and Brylee Scott and a sister, Goldie Boblitt of Bardstown.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 25th at the Brush Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Everett Hood, officiating.

Burial will be in the Brush Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Brush Grove Baptist Church on Thursday from 4 until 8 and after 9:00 Friday morning.
