Lou Ella (Hilton) Warner

Lou Ella Hilton Warner, age 84, of Springfield, KY passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024 at her home.

A native of Washington County, she was born on May 7, 1940 to the late Chester Allan and Dorothy Baker Hilton.

She was a 1958 graduate of Mackville High School, a former employee of Medco Nursing and Rehab and a member of Cornerstone Christian Church.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Bobby Gene Warner on December 11, 1996 and a sister, Geraldine Murphy on November 23, 2020.

Survivors include her daughter, Tina Hurst (David) of Springfield; her son, Jeffery Warner (Dana) of Bardstown; four grandchildren, Tara Hurst, Jordan Hurst (Beth), Jace Warner and Bralen Warner;

four great grandchildren, Devin Hurst, Camden Hiter, Bryce Hurst and Nora Hurst; two brothers, Billy Hilton (Rosaland) of Springfield and Dudley Hilton (Jan) of Harrogate, TN and her sister,

Dorsey Lyvers (Steve) of Bardstown.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 19th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Warren Whitaker officiating.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jordan Hurst, Devin Hurst, Jace Warner, Bralen Warner, Camden Hiter, Bryce Hurst, Ron Hilton, John Dudley Hilton and Daniel Lyvers.

Visitation will be from 10 to 1 on Tuesday at the funeral home.
