Frances Loraine “Red” Fowler Mattingly, age 67, of Mackville, KY passed away at 8:50 p.m., Monday, July 22, 2024 at her home after an illness.
She was born in Lebanon, KY on December 18, 1956 to the late Obe Lee and Bonnie Lois May Fowler.
She was a member of the Willisburg Christian Church and a homemaker.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Billy Joe Mattingly on May 22, 2014 and a sister, Bonnie Lee Yaste on November 26, 2016.
Survivors include, four sons, Jerry Thomas Fowler (Michelle) of Junction City, Terry Allen Fowler (Linda), Billy Joe Mattingly, II (Paige) of Mackville and Brandon Kyle Mattingly (Jennifer) of Perryville; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; three sisters, Margaret Ruth Pittman of Perryville, Cindy Carol Murphy (Cliff) and Geneva Darlene Robinson (Kenneth) of Harrodsburg and a brother, Jerry Leon Fowler of Springfield.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 26th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Fields, officiating.
Burial will be in the Peter Cemetery at Mackville.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Thursday and after 8:00 Friday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
