Larry Bruce Waldridge, Sr.

Larry Bruce Waldridge, Sr., age 58, of Willisburg, KY passed away at 3:55 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at the Kindred Hospital in Louisville.

He was born on August 12, 1965 in Lebanon, KY to the late James Curtis and Thelma Burkhead Waldridge.

He was a member of the Willisburg Church of God, a former employee of Vanguard and an avid outdoorsman.

Preceding him in death was a brother, James Curtis “Jimmy” Waldridge, Jr. on October 23, 2003.

Survivors include a son, Larry Bruce Waldridge, Jr. (Samantha) ; a daughter, Amber Waldridge; five grandchildren; three sisters, Sheila Moses, Barbara Waldridge and Alice Waldridge all of Willisburg and two brothers, Dennis Waldridge (Mary) of Burnside and Ronnie Waldridge of Willisburg.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 18th at the Willisburg Church of God with Rev. Terry Burkhead, officiating. He will be assisted by Rev. Mark Speakman and Rev. Todd Claypoole.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Jim Settles, Eliza Settles, Curt Settles, Kolton Cermola and Oaklynn Waldridge.

Serving as casket bearers will be Ronnie Waldridge, Parnell Cheatham, Nic Cermola, Brad Waldridge, Brent Waldridge and Bo Waldridge.

Visitation will be at the Willisburg Church of God from 4 until 8 Friday and after 8:00 Saturday morning.
