Kelly Dean Cornish

Kelly Dean Cornish, age 57, of Willisburg, KY passed away at 7:30 a.m., Friday, March 26, 2021 at his home after an illness.

He was born on August 27, 1963 in Frankfort, KY to the late Walter Rayburn and Dorothy Dean Cornish.

He was a member of the Fairview Christian Church, a 1981 graduate of Western High School and an employee of Bluegrass Community Action.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Combs Cornish; a daughter, Crystalyn “Crissy” Cornish; a son, Thomas Ray Combs all of Willisburg; five grandchildren, Matthew, Madelyn, Ethan, Sophia and Haley; a sister, Angie Hickman (Dwayne) of Lawrenceburg and three brothers, Marty Cornish (Margie) of Harrodsburg, Donovan Cornish (E.J.) and Jason Cornish (Crystal) of Lawrenceburg and his dog, Charlie

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 30th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Noal Cotton, Jr., officiating.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Timmy Stewart and Tony Stewart.

Serving as casket bearers will be Chandler Hudnall, Max Hudnall, Derek Cornish, Jimmy McGuffin, Paul Woford and Chris Jantzen.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Monday at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
