Judy Carol Gray Colvin, age 77, of Chaplin, KY passed away at 7:15 p.m., Friday, April 2, 2021 at Baptist Health in Louisville.
A native of Nelson County, she was born on October 6, 1943 to the late Jesse and Dorothy Hupp Gray.
She was a member of the Chaplin Christian Church, a 1961 graduate of Bloomfield High School and a homemaker.
Preceding her in death was an infant son, Michael Allen Colvin on August 29, 1964 and a sister, Linda Hood on March 24, 2020.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Lee Colvin; a son, Jason Colvin (Kim Ballard); two daughters, Shari Lafoe (James) and Tina Gillis (Scotty) all of Chaplin; nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and a sister, Susan Calvert (Tommy) of Chaplin.
Funeral services will be private.
Burial will be in the High View Cemetery at Chaplin.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ethan Colvin, Branden Yates, Adam Gillis, Trey Gillis, James Lafoe and Scotty Gillis.
There will be no public visitation.

Judy was a special person. I enjoyed our days as classmates at BHS. She was kind and funny, and was a relative through the Hupp side of the family. Rest Judy!
