Juanita Faye Haydon Scrogham, age 78, of Willisburg, KY passed away at 12:15 p.m., Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.
A native of Washington County, she was born on July 31, 1947 to the late Johnie Lee and Flora Lewis Haydon.
She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, a 1965 graduate of Willisburg High School and a retired employee of American Greetings.
Preceding her in death was a brother, Donald Haydon on December 26, 2024.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Lonnie Marlin Scrogham, Sr.; a son, Lonnie Marlin Scrogham, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Willisburg; two grandchildren, Lonnie Scrogham, III and John Arthur Scrogham; a sister, Doris Warner of Lexington and a brother, Darrol Haydon (Carol) of Lawrenceburg and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 4th in the Chapel of Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg with Rev. Jamie Chesser, officiating.
Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 1:00 Saturday at the cemetery chapel.
