John Brady Hall, Jr., age 91, of Louisville, KY formerly of Springfield, passed away at 3:38 p.m., Saturday, August 20, 2022 at his home.
A native of Washington County, he was born on February 8, 1931 to the late John Brady, Sr. and Laura Crouch Hall.
He was of the Catholic faith, a graduate of Springfield High School, a veteran of the Korean War, he served in the Army, Air Force and National Guard.
He was a retired employee of Allied Concrete Company.
Preceding him in death were two sisters, Mary Laura Hall on November 3, 2002 and Virginia Rae Hall on October 6, 2014 and three brothers, Joseph C. Hall on July 23, 1942, Patrick O. Hall on February 20, 1983 and Frank M. Hall on September 23, 1997.
Survivors include a son, John B. Hall, III (Karon) of Blytheville, AR; a granddaughter, Audrey Luff (Ken) of Gosnell, AR; two great grandchildren, Whitleigh and Layne Luff; a sister, Barbara Hall of Bardstown and a brother, Michael Hall (Racheline) of Anchorage, AK.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Culpepper Elliott, officiating.
Burial will be in the St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery where military rites will be conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard.
Visitation will be after 10:00 Wednesday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
