Obituary
Jane L. Smith Riley, age 84, of Indianapolis, IN, formerly of Washington County, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023 at the Harrison Terrace in Indianapolis.
She was born in Washington County, on May 10, 1938 to the late Sam Richard and Mattie Lou Arnold Smith.
Preceding her in death was her husband, William C. Riley on August 26, 2010.
Survivors include her children, William C. Riley, Jr. (Nancy) of North Port, FL, Lela A. Marcus (Eric) of Beavercreek, Ohio and Richard Riley of Sheridan, IN; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and a sister, Arlene Reardon (Johnny) of Springfield.
A private graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 6th at the Beech Grove Cemetery in Washington County.
Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
