Isia Christian Hernandez

Isia Christian Hernandez, age 24, of Springfield, KY passed away Friday, December 6, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

He was born on April 9, 2000 in Bardstown, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by a stillborn infant brother, Anthony Hernandez.

Survivors include his mother, Darlene Coulter Riley; his step-father, Howard Joe Young; three brothers, Joshua Riley (Torie), Dillin Thomas Hernandez and Jordan Jose Carmona all of Springfield as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In keeping with his wishes cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 11th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Garrick Gay, officiating.

Visitation will be after 10:00 Wednesday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
