Edward Fields Obituary

Edward Fields, age 79, passed away at 7:00 a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the Springfield Nursing & Rehab Center.

A native of East Bernstadt, KY, he was born on April 10, 1941 to the late John and Lula Ann Whitaker Fields.

He was an army veteran and a retired truck driver.

Preceding him in death were two brothers, John Fields, Jr. and George Arthur Fields.

Survivors include, his wife, Violet Smith Fields and three brothers, Cam Fields of Lebanon, Charles Elmer Fields of Shelbyville, IN and Wayne Fields of Lexington.

Cremation was chosen and no services are scheduled at this time.

Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge.
