Dorothy Lucille (Whitley) Buffington

Dorothy Lucille Buffington, age 82, of Willisburg, KY formerly of Fort Walton Beach, FL passed away at her home on Friday, December 5, 2025.

She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 12, 1943 to the late Joseph Quentin and Ruth Florence Ward Whitley.

She was a retired secretary for Vitro Construction in Fort Walton Beach.

Mrs. Buffington is survived by a son, Gary Lee Buffington of Fort Walton Beach and close friends, Cecil “Jack” and Delma Thomas of Willisburg.

In keeping with her wishes cremation was chosen and no funeral services are planned. The burial of her cremains will be in a private cemetery.
