Donna Watson Obituary

Donna Baker Watson, age 74, of Mackville, passed away at 5:40 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at her home after an illnesss.

She was born on January 28, 1947 in Ohio to the late Delbert and Betty Rowland Baker.

She was a faithful member of the New Birth Mission Church where she taught Sunday School for a several years, a homemaker and a graduate of Willisburg High School.

Preceding her in death was a brother, Rev. Larry Baker on August 2, 2017 and a niece, Vickie Noel on July 24, 2020.  

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Watson; a son, Scottie Watson of Hodgenville; five daughters, Michelle Watson of Hodgenville, Aimee Watson of Mackville, Sheila Watson Mattingly (Brian) of Springfield, Kelsi Watson and Kasi Watson both of Mackville; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; three sisters, Kathy Baker of Morehead, Linda Baker and Stephanie Speer (Coy) of Springfield and three brothers, Tony Baker (Gina) of Springfield, MO, Danny Baker of Florida and Louie Baker (Tracy) of Bagdad.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 27th at the Anchor Of Hope Church with Kelsi Watson, officiating.

Burial will be in the Baker Family Cemetery at Willisburg.

Visitation will be after 11:00 Saturday morning at the Anchor Of Hope Church.

Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
