Debra Rose (Holland) Hood

Debra Rose Holland Hood, age 68, of Willisburg, KY passed away at 11:05 a.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

She was born in Winchester, KY on April 18, 1958 to the late Harold and Marcella Flinchum Holland.

She was of the Pentecostal faith and was employed as a home healthcare provider.

Survivors include her husband, Walter Gene Hood; two daughters, Shawnda Hood of Willisburg and Marcellena Kay Hunt of Lebanon; a son, June Collins (Tonya) of Georgetown; two grandchildren, Lilly and Jodi Bowman and a brother, Mike Holland (Glenda) of Campton.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 31st at the family home with Rev. Everett Hood, officiating.

Burial was in the High View Cemetery at Chaplin.
