Darrell Clelland Gribbins

Darrell Clelland Gribbins, age 91, of Lebanon, KY passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at his home after an illness.

A native of Marion County, he was born on May 31, 1932 to the late Edford Martin and Clyde Hasty Gribbins.

He was a member of the Bradfordsville Baptist Church, a 1950 graduate of Bradfordsville High School and a retired employee of the General Electric Company.

Preceding him in death was a son, Major Ed Gribbins; four sisters, Helen Albertson, Barbara Jean Fowler, Bernadette Bright and an infant sister and eight brothers, Thornton, Cleo, Harold, Andy Gribbins and four infant brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Jean Wright Gribbins; a son, Danny Gribbins (Amy) of Independence, KY; four grandchildren, Sarah Klucker, Robert Gribbins, Ashley Gribbins and William D. Gribbins; six great grandchildren, Kennedy, Ashlyn, Grayson and Linden Klucker, Benjamin Gribbins and Allison Gribbins; a great great granddaughter, Caroline Stiner; a special young lady, Lydia Owens; two brothers, David Gribbins (Kathy) and Jerry Gribbins (Patsy) of Lebanon.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 17th at the Bradfordsville Baptist Church with Bro. Bud Owens and Bro. John Simpson, officiating.

Burial will be in the Old Liberty Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Friday and after 10:00 Saturday morning at the Bradfordsville Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Bradfordsville Baptist Church Building Fund.
