Daniel Franklin Curtsinger

Daniel Franklin Curtsinger, age 62, of Brush Grove Road, Willisburg, KY passed away at 12:32 a.m., Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at his home after an illness.

He was born in Lebanon, KY on May 9, 1960 to the late Billy Frank and Emma Joyce White Curtsinger.

He was a member of the Rockbridge Baptist Church and a former employee of Ferrell Gas Company.

Preceding him in death was his father, Billy Frank Curtsinger on October 7, 2016; his mother, Emma Joyce White Curtsinger on November 6, 2002; his step-mother, Freda June Curtsinger on July 22, 2016; a brother, Richie Curtsinger on October 17, 2016 and a nephew, Jason Curtsinger on April 7, 2000.

Survivors include his daughter, Christy Jo Yaste (Billy Joe); two granddaughters, Arryana “Precious” Nichols (Tyler) and Alexis “Princess” Yaste; a great grandson, Niklaus Nichols all of Willisburg; two step-children, Kayla Clements (Cody) and their children, Maggie and Colson Clements and Joe David Jacobs of Springfield; a sister, Debbie “Baby” Tyler (Steve) of Harrodsburg and a brother, Waylon Curtsinger of Willisburg.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 5th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Terry McIlvoy, officiating. He will be assisted by Rev. J.W. Hatfield.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ricky Baker, Loren Chesser, David Coslow, Doug Gabhart, Jonathan Hudson and Jonathan Hood.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Thursday and after 8:00 a.m., Friday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
