Coty Dwayne Franklin

Coty Dwayne Franklin, age 30, of Willisburg, KY passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023 in Willisburg.

He was born in Roseburg, Oregon on April 15, 1993.

He was a graduate of Washington County High School.

Survivors include three sons, Kayden Franklin, Bentley Franklin and Jace Medley all of Willisburg; his father, Ronald J. Retallack of Willisburg; his mother, Cheyene Franklin of Salem, Oregon; four sisters, Rhiannon Lompe of Lewiston, Idaho, Coral Scott (Takoda) of Salem, Oregon, Shoshana McMinn (Kyler) of, Pullman, WA and Kaylie Retallack of Johnstown, PA and two brothers, Kenny Martel of Salem, Oregon and Airian Retallack of Roseburg, Oregon.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 11th at the Willisburg Church of God with Rev. Mark Speakman, the church pastor, officiating.

Cremation will follow the service.

Visitation will be from 3 until 7 Thursday at the Willisburg Church of God.
