Clarence Edward Burton

Clarence Edward Burton, age 61, of Springfield, KY passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on March 14, 1964 in Elkton, Maryland to the late John and Marie Willien Burton.

He was an employee of Louisville Mechanical and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Preceding him in death were three sisters, Helen Burton, Carol Burton and Jane Whited and four brothers, Frank, John, Ralph and George Burton.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Winters Burton; a son, Jason Burton (Etta) of Elkton, Maryland; four daughters, Brittany Reece (Cody) of Elizabethton, TN, Kelly Burton of Baltimore, MD, Latisha Jones of Amsterdam, NY and Tara Stanley (Brandon) of Butler, TN; fourteen grandchildren; two brothers, Carl Burton of Somerset, PA and Jim Burton (Edna) of Port Deposit, MD and three sisters, Sue Cox of Lancaster, PA, Shirley Jackson (Andy) of Little Britian, PA and Liz Sheets of North Carolina.

Visitation will be from 5 until 8 Tuesday, August 12th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Perryville, Maryland.
