Charles Allen “Chuck” Smith

Charles Allen “Chuck” Smith, age 50, of Indianapolis, IN passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in Indianapolis due to injuries sustained in an accident.

He was born in Lebanon, KY on April 28, 1972.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Smith, Ruby Sutton and a niece, Haile E. Geller.

Charles lived life on his terms and by his own rules. He loved cars, trucks and working with his hands. Trucking was his passion. Farming always ran through his veins. He was loved and will be missed by many.

Survivors include his father, John Smith (Marie) of Panama City Beach, FL; his mother, Diane Kaseta (Pete) of Pensacola, FL; six children, Dakota, Zachary, Devon, Alexis, Chase and Charles Smith, Jr.; two grandchildren; a sister, Jonann Geller (Andrew) of Navarre, FL; two brothers, Christopher and Tyler Smith of Temple, TX; two nephews; one niece and two great nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 1st at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Marilyn O’Bryan and Jonann Smith-Geller, officiating.

Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. until time of service, 2:00 p.m.
