Bradley Wayne Lewis, age 55, of Willisburg, KY passed away at 7:19 a.m., Monday, June 28, 2021 at the Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.
He was born in Lebanon, KY on March 22, 1966 to the late Burtes and Virginia Rose Holderman Lewis.
He was of the Baptist faith, a 1984 graduate of Washington County High School and was a plumber and a farmer.
Preceding him in death was a brother, Barney Lewis on June 13, 1996 and a sister, Penny Dell Stephens on April 13, 2021.
Survivors include a nephew, Josh Thompson of Georgetown; two great nephews, William Landon Thompson and Wyatt James Thompson; three great nieces, Allyson Nicole Thompson, Addison Joy Collins and Gracie Collins all of Georgetown; three aunts, Anna Ruth Chesser (Albert Lee), Pauline Boblitt (Leo) and Dorothy Hood (Wendell) all of Willisburg and a special friend, Kathleen “Kacky” Boblitt of Willisburg.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 3rd at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. J.W. Hatfield, pastor of the Willisburg Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in the Peter Cemetery at Mackville.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Bethany Fallis, Beau Fallis, Gunner Fallis, John McDonald, Joey McDonald and Charles Chesser.
Serving as casket bearers will be Josh Thompson, Justin Fallis, Doug Sims, Brad Wingfield, Russ Carney and Larry Parrott.
Visitation will be after 10:00 Saturday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
