Billie Jewell Terrell Boblett, age 87, of the Pleasant Grove Community of Washington County, passed away at 4:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.
A native of Washington County, she was born on February 6, 1935 to the late William “Bill” and Nettie Drury Terrell.
She was a member of the Willisburg Church Of God Of Prophecy and a homemaker.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Clarence “Coney” Boblett on July 13, 2011; a grandson, Corey Boblett on February 15, 1991; two sisters, Eathel Ray Terrell on March 8, 1929 and Frances Richardson on November 25, 2013 and two brothers, Rudolph “Doc” Terrell on November 28, 2011 and Gary Terrell on March 31, 2021.
Survivors include a daughter, Sherry Adams (George) of Versailles; Greg Boblett and Michael Boblett both of Springfield; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; twenty-two great great grandchildren; a sister, Shelby Loveland of Lebanon and a brother, Doug Terrell of Willisburg.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 Friday at the Willisburg Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Keith Creech, the church pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.
Serving as pallbearers will be Caleb Cunningham, John Boblett, Jason Adams, Jared Boblett, Darrell Boblett and Scott Gibson.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Thursday at the Willisburg Church of God of Prophecy.
