Bill Baker

William Henry “Bill” Baker, age 75 of Lebanon, KY formerly of Washington County passed away at 5:58 a.m., Thursday, February 1, 2024 at his home.

He was born in Lebanon, KY on August 29, 1948 to the late Evan and Christine Miller Baker.

He was of the Baptist faith and a retired employee of Corning Glass Company.

Preceding him in death was his wife, Nancy Sue Settles Baker on October 5, 2009; a son, William Henry Baker, Jr. on June 20, 1984 and a brother, Larry Michael Baker on November 1, 2021.

Survivors include his son, Thomas Reid Baker (Tracy) of Lebanon; two grandchildren, Victoria Nicole Sallee (Brandon) and Austin Baker; a great grandchild, Chloey Sallee; three sisters, Barbara Lay (Bernie) of Springfield, Rose Ann Curtsinger and Clara Alice Curtsinger both of Willisburg and four brothers, Edward Baker (Becky) of Nicholasville, Kenny Baker of Campbellsville, Ronnie Baker (Thelma) and Donnie Baker (Nilah) of Willisburg.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 3rd at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. J.W. Hatfield, officiating.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Sallee, Austin Baker, Ronnie Baker, Donnie Baker, Lee Baker and Billy Joe Yaste.

Visitation will be after 10:00 Saturday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
