Benjamin Carter Hill

Benjamin Carter Hill, age 21 of Springfield, KY, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025.

Ben was born September 7, 2003 in Lebanon, KY to Clint and Samie Riley Hill.

He is a 2021 graduate of Washington County High School and a fork lift operator for Toyotomi of Springfield.

Ben was a treasure to everyone he ever met.  He was the BEST son, the BEST brother, the BEST grandson and the BEST uncle.  He lit up every room he was ever in just by being himself.  He loved music and he loved his family with his whole heart and now ours are empty without him.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Samie and Joe B. Smith; his father and step-mother, Clint and Abigail Hill all of Springfield; two sisters, Alaina Fenwick (Matthew) of Bardstown and Edith Hill of Springfield; one niece Charlotte Fenwick; his maternal grandparents, Sammie and Mary Riley and his paternal grandparents, Bobby and Colette Hill all of Springfield.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 2nd at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Kyle Yankey, officiating.

Cremation will follow the funeral service.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Sunday and after 8:00 Monday morning at the funeral home.
