Beatrice Dixon Rowe

Beatrice Dixon Rowe, age 88, of Etowah, TN, formerly of Mackville, KY passed away at 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Starr Regional Medical Center in Athens, TN.

She was born in Harlan County, KY on October 5, 1934 to the late Dexter and Opha Boggs Dixon.

She was a member of the Anchor of Hope Church, a former bookkeeper and homemaker.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Johnnie C. Rowe on January 20, 1998 and her sister, Lexine Romans on October 13, 2021.

Survivors include her son, Terry Hensley (Debbie) of Etowah, TN; two grandchildren, Brad Hensley (Allison) and Amie Grayson (William) and two great grandchildren, Saige Hensley and Cooper Grayson.

A graveside service was held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 12th at the Peter Cemetery at Mackville with Rev. Ricky Cheatham, officiating.

Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
