Bailey Lynn Settles

Bailey Lynn Settles, age 22, of Rosary Heights, Springfield, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021 at his home.

He was born on January 18, 1999 in Louisville, Kentucky.

He was a member of the St. Rose Catholic Church and a 2019 graduate of Washington County High School.

Preceding him in death was his mother, Gail Marie Spalding Smith on November 22, 2016.

Survivors include, his step-father, Mike Vize of Springfield; his father and step-mother, Gary Lynn and Jessica Settles of Willlisburg; a brother, Lee Smith and his wife, Ashley of Loretto and a sister, Jenna Settles of Willisburg.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 16th at the St. Rose Catholic Church with Rev. Edmond Ditton, officiating.

Cremation will follow the funeral mass.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Anderson, Devin Anderson, Devon Smith, Mikie Barr, Jaylen Dickerson and Justin Clark.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Sunday at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.

A prayer service will be held at 7:00 Sunday evening at the funeral home.
