Amanda Eileen Stafford Bertram, age 94, of Chaplin, KY passed away at 12:37 p.m., Sunday, July 3, 2022 at her home.
She was born in Casey County on March 30, 1928 to the late Everett and Lillie Rouse Stafford.
She was a member of the Chaplin Fork Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Rev. Carl Lee Bertram on June 17, 1991 and a sister, Kathleen Coffman.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Pulliam and Katrina Dwelly of Chaplin and Sharon Sutton of Willisburg; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Land (Mike) and Violet Calvert (Emmett) of Lexington and two brothers, Lonnie Stafford of Lexington and Everett Stafford, Jr (Evona) of Danville.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 5th at the High View Cemetery in Chaplin with Warren Pulliam, officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ricky Goff, Moogie Linton, Justin Fallis, Matthew Sutton, Josey Wells and Warren Pulliam.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Nelson County Humane Society or Hospice of Nelson County.
There will be no visitation.
Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
