Albert Lewis

Albert Lewis, age 77, of Mackville, KY passed away at 11:28 a.m., Thursday, December 23, 2021 at the Springfield Nursing & Rehab Center.

He was born in Nelson County on March 1, 1944 to the late Ruel and Priscilla Milburn Lewis.

He was a member of the Brush Grove Baptist Church and a former employee of North American Pipe Company.

Preceding him in death was a sister, Nancy Benham and six brothers, John, George, Hollie, Lawrence, Jim Bill and Paul Lewis.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Ann Adams Lewis; two daughters, Pamela Merriman of Lawrenceburg and Tammy Curtsinger of Springfield; two sons, Johnny Merriman and Albert Lewis, Jr. of Springfield; two grandchildren, Brandon Curtsinger and Michelle Merriman; a brother, Cleo Lewis of Willisburg and a sister, Thelma Lampkin of Willisburg.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 28th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev, Everett Hood, pastor of the Brush Grove Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 Monday at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
