LaBrent Aaron Poole, age 45, of East High Street, Springfield, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2019 at his home.
He was born in Lebanon, KY on February 23, 1974 to Austraila and Tommie Nichols Poole.
He was a member of the Johnson Chapel AME Zion Church, a graduate of Washington County High School and Indiana Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in business administration. He was an employee of Teleperformance of Louisville.
Preceding him in death was his brother, LaBryant Poole; his maternal grandparents, Alfred and Hazel Coleman Nichols and his paternal grandparents, Floyd and Georgeanna Banks Poole.
Survivors include his mother, Tommie Poole; his father, Austraila Poole of Springfield; a son, Javen Adams of Bardstown; three sisters, LaTonja Keene (Henry) and Roxanna Hamilton of Springfield and Jackie Harris (Richard) of Stone Mountain, GA and three brothers, LaBronze Poole of Lexington, Jerome Nichols of Louisville and Chad Hamilton (Chasity) of Bardstown.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, July 5th at the Johnson Chapel AME Zion Church with Rev. Roland Keith Puryear, the church pastor, officiating.
Burial was on Cemetery Hill.
Serving as honorary pallbearers were Jackie Harris, LaTonja Keene, Roxanna Hamilton, Jerome Nichols, LaBronze Poole and Chad Hamilton.
Serving as pallbearers were Cedric Hagan, Chris Tucker, Sean Penman, DeAndrea Walker, Pat Trigg and Adarius Walker.
Visitation was after 10:00 Friday morning at the church.
Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
