Dustin Lee Chesser, age 27, of Pebblebrook Drive, Lebanon, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019 at his home.
He was born in Lebanon, Kentucky on February 25, 1992 to Kurt and Marie Brady Chesser.
He served in the National Guard and during that time he was deployed to Africa. He was an employee of the Marion Adjustment Center.
Preceding him in death was his paternal grandfather, Leroy Chesser; his maternal grandfather, Jerry Varney and a cousin, Preston David Medley.
Survivors include his wife, Kim Auberry Chesser; a daughter, Leah Chesser; two sons, Hunter Chesser and Weston Chesser; his father and step-mother, Kurt and Audrey Chesser of Willisburg; his mother and step-father, Marie and Todd Marksbury of Bardstown; his sister, Nikki Chesser (Matt) of Bardstown; his paternal grandmother, Sue A. Chesser of Willisburg; his maternal grandmother, Diane Varney of Lebanon; two nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 22nd at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Creech, pastor of the Willisburg Church Of God Of Prophecy, officiating.
Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg where military rites will be conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard.
Serving as pallbearers were Cory Nalley, Cory Drury, Brian Roehm, Dallas Clark, Patrick Bartlett and Matt White.
Visitation was from 4 until 8 Tuesday at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
