Betty Jo Clark Reynolds, age 79, of Alma Avenue, Springfield, passed away at 7:05 a.m., Sunday, July 28, 2019 at the Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown.
A native of Washington County, she was born on September 9, 1939 to the late Frank and Flossie Burns Clark.
She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church, a 1957 graduate of Willisburg High School and a homemaker.
Preceding her in death was a brother, Bobby Clark on August 19, 2001 and two sisters, Anna Lewis Stumph on June 17, 2007 and Wanda Dean Roberts on April 1, 2015.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Lee Reynolds; a son, Mike Reynolds of Louisville; a daughter, Michelle Moss and her husband, Steve of Maysville; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Moss and Robert Moss; two sisters, Velma Rae Peavler of Mackville and Ina Mae Phillips of Bardstown and a brother, Jimmie Clark of Springfield.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 31st at the Temple Baptist Church with Rev. John McDaniel, a former pastor, officiating. He will be assisted by Rev. Aaron Sherrell, pastor of the Springfield Baptist Church.
Burial was in the Peter Cemetery at Mackville.
Serving as pallbearers were Robert Moss, Ronnie Lewis, David Clark, Ricky Clark, Brad Coulter and Danny Bishop.
Visitation was from 4 until 8 Tuesday at the Carey & Son Funeral Home and after 9:00 Wednesday morning at the church.
